How Apply Pilot works

Plain answers to the questions people ask first.

What happens after I upload my resume?

We read it once and build your profile. Your first search starts right away: thousands of company career pages and staffing portals are checked against the roles you want. Strong matches get a tailored resume and cover letter written in the background, from your real experience only.

Does it apply for me?

No. Nothing is ever sent without you. The browser extension fills the employer's form; you check it and click the company's own Submit button. Email replies and follow-ups are drafted for you; you send them.

Can it make things up on my resume?

No. Every line is checked against your profile. A line we can't match is flagged, and you must confirm it is true before the resume can be approved. You can also put your own wording back on any line with one click.

How does tracking work?

Three ways, your choice: connect your mailbox (replies, invites and rejections update by themselves), forward job emails to your Apply Pilot address, or paste an email in. Interview invites with a time become calendar entries and reminders; follow-ups are written for you seven days after you apply and close themselves once the employer answers.

What about staffing vendors and contract roles?

Several vendors often send the same requirement. We show them together with each stated rate, and we warn you before you apply to a requirement you were already submitted to through another vendor, because clients often reject double submissions.

Which sites does it not touch?

LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter: their terms forbid automation, so we never read or fill them. We never solve CAPTCHAs or get around bot detection, and we never store or type passwords.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your account, is never sold or shown to other users, and you can download all of it or delete your account at any time from the You tab. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Is it free?

During this closed test, yes. Plans and prices will be announced before anything is charged, and you will be asked first.
